DAV members in Nevada handed off the keys to a new van to Reno VA Medical Center Director Lisa Howard, purchased thanks to funding from the Nevada Department of Veterans Services. Since 2005, the Nevada Department of Veterans Services has helped DAV’s Transportation Network gain 14 new vehicles to help transport veterans to and from VA medical appointments.
