CHAPTER & DEPARTMENT Out of the rain... DAV Chapter 25 of Skippack, Pa., donated two 12-foot gazebos to the Southeastern Veterans’ Center in Spring City, Pa. The new gazebos will be used for veterans, their families and visitors to enjoy the outdoors. The Greatest Generation... In honor of the Greatest Generation, members of Chapter 45 in Goldsboro, N.C., dedicated their break room to active member and World War II veteran Thurston E. Quinn (right). Chapter 45 Commander Thomas P. Callan placed the plaque on the wall, just above the seat where they can regularly find Quinn, sharing in member camaraderie.
